UNCTAD

(United Nations Conference on Trade and Develpoment: UNCTAD) Birleş­miş Milletler Ticaret ve Kalkınma Kon­feransı 1964’te kurulmuştur. Kuruluş nedeni gelişmekte olan ülkelerin dış ticaret hadlerinin bozulması, dış borçlarının artması ve ödemeler dengesi so­runlarının ortaya çıkmasıdır. UNCTAD konferans yöntemi ile çalışarak bu so­runlar için çözüm önerileri geliştirmeyi amaçlamıştır.
