Tobin Vergisi

(Tobin tax) Kısa vadeli sermaye hare­ketlerinin girdiği ülkedeki ekonomik istikrarı bozucu etkilerini azaltmak amacıyla dövizle yapılan uluslararası işlemlerden alınması istenen ve ilk kez 1978 yılında James Tobin tarafından önerilen çok küçük oranlı bir vergidir.
