(Kitchen cycles) ABD’li ekonomist Jo­seph Kitchen’ın araştırmaları sonunda belirlediği bu konjonktür dalgaları 3 ile 3.5 yıl sürelidir. Ekonomik araştırma ve tahmin çalışmalarında referans dalga­ları diye adlandırılan bu dalga türünün aşağı ve yukarı dönüş noktalarının be­lirlenmesinde iktisadi faaliyet hacmin­deki değişmeler esas alınmaktadır.
