(Imports with waiver) 1965 ile 1980 arasında kullanımı artan bir ithalat tü­rüdür. Bedeli Türkiye’den döviz olarak ödenmeden yapılan ithalatı gösterir. Yurt dışında çalışan işçilerin getirdik­leri eşyalar söz konusu dönemde bedelsiz ithalat kapsamındaydı.
