Ekonomik Sipariş Miktarı

(Economic order quantity: EOQ ) Bu terim sipariş miktarının en ideal dü­zeyini temsil etmektedir. Miktarın he­saplanmasında sipariş edilen malın eksikliğinin vereceği zarar, depolama maliyeti ve sipariş masrafları dikkate alınmaktadır. 1913 yılında Ford E Harris’in bu miktarın hesaplanması için bir formül önermiştir.
